Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Creator Curator is a trading name of CG Initiatives Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company number 16872466) (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for any personal data processed through this website and our service.

For any privacy-related questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at creatorcurator.ai@gmail.com.

2. Our approach to your data

We are deliberately minimal with personal data. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles from your conversations. We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide and improve the service you have asked us for.

3. What we collect and why

  • Email address. When you request access, we store your email so we can send you the WhatsApp number and onboarding information, and respond to support requests.
  • WhatsApp messages. When you message our service on WhatsApp, your messages are processed so we can generate a response. Messages are handled via WhatsApp’s own infrastructure (Meta Platforms) and are subject to WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption between you and our service endpoint.
  • Payment information. If you purchase access, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that as an independent controller under PCI-DSS. We only retain a record that a payment was made and the email associated with it.
  • Minimal analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (including the Meta Pixel on the landing page) to understand how the site is used and to measure conversion. Where required by law we will ask for your consent before loading non-essential trackers.
  • Technical logs. Standard server logs (such as IP address, timestamp and request path) are retained for a short period for security, fraud prevention and debugging.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not collect personal data from children under 16.

4. Legal bases (UK / EU GDPR)

  • Contract: to deliver the service you have requested (e.g. sending you the WhatsApp number, answering your queries, processing payment).
  • Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We balance these interests against your rights.
  • Consent: for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, where required.
  • Legal obligation: where we must retain limited records (e.g. tax/accounting).

5. Sub-processors we rely on

To run the service we use a small number of trusted providers, each acting under a data processing agreement:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and security.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — message delivery.
  • AI model providers — to generate answers from indexed creator content.
  • Meta Pixel — landing-page conversion measurement.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

8. Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email creatorcurator.ai@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies and storage to make the site work (for example, to remember that you have submitted the form). Non-essential analytics or marketing trackers are only loaded where permitted by law.

10. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you directly.

12. Creator affiliation & takedown requests

Creator Curator is an independent research tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the creators referenced on this site or within the service. All trademarks, names and likenesses remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary purposes only.

If you are a creator (or represent one) and have any questions, concerns or objections about how your publicly available content is referenced by our service, we genuinely want to hear from you. Please get in touch at creatorcurator.ai@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
